Nkechi-Vivien Commettant started her path into the built environment through architectural development. After 10 years decided to use her design skills and experience in construction development.

Now Nkechi-Vivien has an all-rounded understanding of the construction process by working as the interface between subcontractors, main contractors and the client side. Setting up Gneiss was a natural progression to support the development of building projects when it comes to an inclusive supply chain.
